    Please read this document carefully before finalizing your order, because by finalizing your order, you accept the contents of this GTC!

    The General Terms and Conditions (“GTC”) contain the CRÉEM Korlátolt Felelősségű Társaság (registered office 8681 Visz, József Attila utca 2., branch: 8681 Visz, Rákóczi u. 40. tax number: 10639865-2-43) as contains the rights and obligations of the Customer (hereinafter referred to as the Customer or the Buyer or the Customer) using the electronic commerce services provided by the Service Provider (the “Service Provider”). (The Service Provider and the Customer are hereinafter jointly referred to as the Parties.) The condition of the purchase in the webshop is the acceptance of these GTC.

  • 2. Basic provisions

    2.1. Issues not regulated in these GTC and the interpretation of this GTC are governed by Hungarian law, in particular Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code (the “Civil Code”) and certain provisions relating to electronic commerce services and information society services. CVIII of 2001 on the issues of (the Elker Act). The mandatory provisions of the relevant legislation shall apply to the parties without any special stipulation.

    2.2. This GTC is valid from 2022.05.02. and will remain in force until revoked. The Company is entitled to unilaterally amend the GTC. The Company will publish the amendments on the websites 11 (eleven) days before they enter into force. By using the Websites, customers agree that all regulations relating to the use of the Websites will automatically apply to them.

    2.3. The Customer, if he/she enters the webshop website operated by the Company or reads its contents in any way - even if he/she is not a registered Customer of the webshop, acknowledges that the provisions of the GTC are binding on him/her. If the Customer does not accept the terms and conditions, he is not entitled to view the content of the webshop.

    2.4. The Company reserves all rights to the webshop website, any part thereof, and the content appearing on it, as well as the distribution of the website. It is prohibited to download, electronically store, process, or sell the content or any part of the content displayed on the webshop without the written consent of the Company.

  • 3. Scope of available products and services

    3.1. The products shown can only be ordered online. The prices shown for the products are in HUF and include VAT, but do not include home delivery charges. There is no extra packaging charge. 

    3.2. On the webshop, the Company displays the name and description of the product in detail, and displays a photo of the product. The images shown on the product data sheet may differ from the actual ones and may be used as illustrations.

    3.3. If a special price is introduced, the Company will fully inform the Customers about the special offer and its exact duration.

    3.4. In the case of home delivery, we deliver the ordered products to the settlements of Hungary with the GLS courier service. In our store, the product range is constantly changing, new products are being added and some products are being discontinued. 

    3.5. Procedure in case of incorrect price

    The following are considered to be obviously incorrectly quoted prices:

    0 HUF price, the price reduced by the discount but incorrectly indicating the discount (eg in the case of a product with a value of HUF 1,000, the product offered for HUF 100 with the 50% discount indicated).

    In case of indicating an incorrect price, the Service Provider offers the possibility to purchase the product at a fair price, in possession of which the Customer may decide to order the product at a fair price or cancel the order without any adverse legal consequences.

  • 4. Registration / Purchase

    4.1. Registration

    It is not obligatory to register for purchases in the webshop, the advantage of registration is that you do not have to enter the data again and again for each purchase. To register, you must enter your personal information: name, e-mail address, and password by clicking [Login / Register]. Only one registration can be made for an email address. 

    If you have validated your registration properly by following the link in the e-mail, you can place an order in our store at any time after that. IF YOU ARE ALREADY A REGISTERED CUSTOMER, you can log in by entering your e-mail address and password before purchasing, and then clicking the [Login] button. If you have forgotten your password, press the [Forgot your password?] Key, then enter the e-mail address you provided during registration, and the password will be sent to the registered e-mail address.

    If you want to make a purchase, you must also provide the information required for the first purchase, including your billing and shipping address, phone number, and tax number.

    By entering their e-mail address, users consent to the operator/service provider sending a technical message to them. The registered data is deleted from the system upon request by the operator. For security reasons, a deletion request will only be valid if the user confirms the deletion request by e-mail to prevent anyone from intentionally or accidentally deleting something else from the registration database. Registration is identified by an email address, so an email address can only be registered once.

    There are no obligations to register.

    4.2. Buying

    By clicking on the products on the website, you can select the desired product family, including individual products. By clicking on each product, you will find the photo, article number, description, and price of the product. You must pay the price on the website for your purchase.

    Please note that we are not responsible for any misspellings or incorrect data!

  • 5. Order process

    You can access the order via the "Add to Cart" function, you will find the [GO TO ORDER] button under the View Cart menu item.

    Placing an order consists of 5 stages:

    Stage 1: Product Selection

    Stage 2: Enter and select billing and shipping addresses

    Stage 3: Choice of delivery method (home delivery / on-site pick-up)

    Stage 4: Choice of payment method, acceptance of contract terms.

    Stage 5: Notification of Order Success.

    You can also go back between sections by clicking on the numbered section or cancel the order at any time. After a successful order, the system will send you an automatic confirmation email to the email address you provided during registration. The submission of the order and its confirmation means the conclusion of the delivery contract between the customer and the Company.

    You can read (and download) the delivery contract in Hungarian from the supplier's website. Cancellation and modification of sent and confirmed orders: It is possible to cancel sent and confirmed orders by sending an e-mail to hello@creemorganics.com or melinda@creemorganics.com at +36304478299 at least 2 hours before delivery, giving the exact details of the customer.

    In order to protect our environment, our webshop makes invoices available to their customers electronically. We send our electronic invoices by e-mail with a qualified electronic signature and time stamp.

  • 6. The method of payment for the ordered product and the delivery fee

    Home delivery: Within Hungary and Europe, we deliver the ordered products with the GLS courier service. Delivery time is usually within 3-5 days of ordering (May 16, 2022), which may vary depending on available stock. We will send you information about the date of delivery by e-mail and text message.

    In the case of receipt via the GLS Package Point, the package will typically be delivered to the vending machine within 24 hours of the order. We will send you an e-mail informing you of the expected date of receipt. Packages arriving at the GLS Parcel Point will be stored by the receiving point for 5 days and then returned to the sender of the parcel.

    In the case of personal collection, we will send you an e-mail informing you of the date of receipt within 48 hours of receiving your order.

    In the case of all pick-up methods, we will do our best to provide the fastest possible service, for reasons beyond our control, there may be a delay compared to the above-mentioned typical deadlines.

    · Gross HUF 20,426 - Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Iceland, Albania, Northern Macedonia, Malta, Turkey, Cyprus, Kosovo

    There is no packaging fee.

    Purchase price and payment terms

    The price shown next to the product on the website is a gross price that includes VAT.

    6.1. Method of payment for the ordered product

    Payment by credit card is possible for holders of the following valid and valid credit cards: Visa, American Express, Mastercard, China Unionpay, Paypal

    The final amount to be paid includes all costs based on the order summary and confirmation letter. Please inspect the package before delivery to the courier, and in the event of any damage or defect in the products, ask for a report and do not accept the package. We are unable to accept subsequent complaints without a report

  • 7. Right of withdrawal


    7.1. Information on the consumer's right of withdrawal

    As a consumer, the Civil Code. 8: 1. According to § 1, point 3, only a natural person acting outside the scope of his / her profession, self-employment or business activity qualifies, so legal persons may not exercise the right of withdrawal without giving reasons!

    The consumer is protected by 45/2014. (II. 26.) has the right to withdraw without justification. The consumer has the right of withdrawal

    a. in the case of a contract for the sale of a product

    b. the product,

    c. when selling several products, if each product is delivered at a different time, to the last product delivered,

    it may be exercised within a period of 14 days from the date of receipt by the consumer or a third party other than the carrier designated by him.

    The provisions of this paragraph shall not affect the consumer's right to exercise the right of withdrawal provided for in this paragraph between the date of conclusion of the contract and the date of receipt of the product.


    7.2. Statement of withdrawal, exercise of the consumer's right of withdrawal or cancellation 

    The consumer in 45/2014. (II. 26.) may exercise its right by means of a clear statement to that effect.

    7.3. Validity of the consumer's statement of withdrawal

    The right of withdrawal shall be deemed to have been exercised within the time limit if the consumer submits his declaration within the time limit. The deadline is 14 days.

    It is for the consumer to prove that he has exercised his right of withdrawal in accordance with this provision.

    The Service Provider is obliged to confirm the consumer's statement of withdrawal in electronic form immediately upon its receipt, provided that it also provides the consumer with the right of withdrawal on its website.

    The Company will refund the amount paid by the Customer for that product within eight days in the case of an unopened product returned in full after withdrawal.

    The Customer shall bear the costs incurred in connection with the return of the goods due to the exercise of the right of withdrawal. In addition, the Customer shall not incur any other costs. The product will only be returned in its original unopened packaging.


    7.4. The right of withdrawal may not be exercised in the following cases

    The Service Provider expressly draws your attention to the fact that you may not exercise your right of withdrawal pursuant to Section 29 of Government Decree 45/2014 (II.26.). In the cases referred to in paragraph 1:

    in the case of a non-prefabricated product that has been manufactured on the consumer's instructions or at his express request, or in the case of a product that is clearly tailored to the consumer

    in the case of a sealed product which, for reasons of health or hygiene, cannot be returned after opening after delivery.

  • 8. Warranty, warranty, warranty for supplies

    8.1. In what cases can the User exercise his right to warranty for supplies?

    In the event of faulty performance by the Service Provider, the User may assert a warranty claim against the Service Provider in accordance with the rules of the Civil Code.

    8.2. In the event of a defect in the purchased product, the Buyer may assert a product warranty claim.

    As a product warranty claim, the User may only request the replacement of a defective product.

    A product is defective if it does not meet the quality requirements in force at the time of placing on the market. 

    Product warranty claim The user can assert his claim within the product warranty period, but no later than within two years from the date of purchase.

    Upon expiry of this period, he shall cease to be entitled to do so.

  • 9. Miscellaneous provisions

    In matters not regulated in these general terms and conditions, the Civil Code (Act V of 2013), Decree 45/2014 on distance contracts in consumer contracts. the provisions of a government decree shall apply.

  • 10. Complaints handling procedure

    The aim of the webshop is to fulfill all orders of the right quality, with the complete satisfaction of the customer. If the Customer still has a complaint regarding the contract or its performance, he may submit his complaint to the above e-mail address or by letter.

    Our company will investigate your oral complaint immediately and remedy it as necessary. If the Customer does not agree with the handling of the complaint, the Company shall immediately draw up a report on the complaint and its position on it and shall provide a copy to the Customer. If it is not possible to investigate the complaint immediately, the Company will draw up a report on the complaint and provide a copy to the Customer.

    The Customer can send the complaint to the e-mail address melinda@creemorganics.com or hello@creemorganics.com, or to 1122 Budapest, Bíró u. 11. fszt. 1. in the form of a postal letter sent to the postal address 1. Our company will investigate the customer complaint within 30 days and inform the Buyer in writing about the outcome and the legal remedies. He shall keep a copy of the reply for a period of 3 years and shall present it to the inspection authorities upon request.

    The Company reserves all rights to all elements of its service, its domain names, the secondary domain names associated with them, and its online advertising space. 

    Adaptation or decryption of the content or parts of the website is prohibited; setting up Customer IDs and passwords in an unfair manner; use any application that modifies or indexes the Website or any part thereof.
